PORT HUENEME, CA – April 13, 2012 - Stellar Biotechnologies, Inc. (TSX-V: KLH) (U.S. OTC: SBOTF) (Frankfurt: RBT) (the “Company”) announces the grant of incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase an aggregate of 1,279,600 common shares, exercisable at a price of $0.42 per share for a period of seven years. The options are granted pursuant to the Company’s Share Option Plan and the vesting provisions contained therein.
